A “Yoga Spa” at Pause Yoga is a full day dedicated to yourself. You will get pampered with yoga, mindfulness and delicious food.

If you have a tendency to burn the candle at both ends or if you need some me-time, then come and see us 😍

✨10:30 – 12:30pm : Vinyasa Flow practice + mindfulness practice
✨12:45 – 2pm : Lunch at Sea Salt Cafe
✨2pm – 4pm : Yin and mindfulness practice
✨4pm: Thanks, goodbyes and hugs

 What to bring?

▫️Water
▫️A towel, we might sweat during the Vinyasa Flow practice in the morning
▫️A change of clothes for the afternoon practice if you like
▫️We provide the mats, straps, blocks and bolsters
▫️If you have a bolster at home that you love, please bring it, you might prefer to use your one during the Yin practice

We have a compost toilet by the studio but no showers available.

You don’t necessarily need to have previous extensive yoga experience to attend the yoga day spa. We always give options for the morning class so that everyone – from beginners to more advanced – can enjoy their practice. Definitely no previous experience required for the Yin class.
