Our new mindful pause sessions are offered bi-monthly and help you further your education in mindfulness

Our mindful Pause sessions are held bi-monthly at Pause Yoga on a Sunday afternoon.

We start at 3pm with a short 20 minute didactic talk on mindfulness, followed by a short 20 minute guided mindfulness practice on the subject presented in the talk. We continue with a mindful walk; there are multiple stunning bush tracks literally right on our doorstep. On our way back, we stop at our local cafe for a take-away dairy-free smoothie and we walk back up to the studio. The second part of the session is spent in seated meditation for 30 minutes (vipassana style) followed by stretching and time for discussion. The session concludes at 5pm.
